"Thus, by regular practice of Rumi Yoga, a dancer can become a better dancer -an actor can become a better actor- a musician can become a better musician. This can be best exemplified by Rumi Yoga's practitioner who embraced Rumi's work towards the end of his life, the violin maestro, Lord Yehudi Menuhin, acknowledged his yoga trainer not as his best yoga teacher but as his best violin teacher:"

Hello Dr. Mirumi,

I will leave for New York in two weeks to revisit the city where I barely escaped in September 2001. I am a World Trade Center survivor and will finally retrace my harrowing steps to find peace and closure. I expect it to be a cathartic and emotional journey, and I will try to take what I have learned in Rumi Yoga class with me to help my meditative and spiritual efforts. I look forward to a healing Wednesday night Rumi session upon my return as it has already nourished the soul in the short time I have been participating.  I have been to your Wednesday evening class twice with a friend and have loved it. I am relatively new and love the class. If only I had known about Rumi yoga a few weeks ago. It is incredible each time I leave the class. I am alive and exhilarated. I will have a lot to learn from you.

Thank you.

Peace and blessings.

For the past ten years, I have struggled with severe depression and anxiety attacks due to rape and domestic violence that occurred 11 years ago. I used to feel dead inside. I tried every pill, therapy, healer & retreat I could get my hands on—even psychiatric hospitals. Nothing worked! Until Rumi Yoga was accidentally introduced to me. If there is such a thing as an accident! After practicing Rumi Yoga faithfully for three weeks, I felt like a dark cloud had been lifted. My depression and anxiety attacks vanished, and I finally began to forgive myself and my perpetrator.  Rumi Yoga is soul Therapy; It touched my soul in such an unexpected, mysterious way. My past no longer haunts me; Rumi Yoga freed my soul.

Thank you so much, Dr. Mirumi

The Rumi Yoga workshop was incredible. What a beautiful practice! When I tell others about my experience, I find that I can't quite describe it in words. I feel my energy shift and find myself smiling as I try, and the words no longer matter. Thank you for sharing. Please feel free to share my experience with others.

 Mirumi:

Tonight’s class was excellent. I felt like I was the only one in the room. I finally had the breakthrough that I was waiting for. Hearing the first-time visitors share was inspirational, and I felt proud that I had made it this far. The building was beautiful, and it felt like home.  Thanks again for working your magic.

Peace

Hi Guru Mirumi,

Keep me posted on your developments. Tonight’s practice was unbelievable. I am so happy I cannot contain myself in this world. :-)  Of course, I'll continue with RY and work on the testimonial.

Mirumi,

First, I want to say thank you for your excellent class and your healing words. I am still somewhat amazed at how I come to class bringing in worries and stresses from the day, wholly cloaked in my ego. By the end of class, I can feel the layers peeled away and see my authentic self. I feel compassion for myself. And I never would have thought I'd know what that felt like. Now that I've found Rumi Yoga, I know it will be a large part of my healing. I knew the first time I went to your class that it sparked a part of me that was lost. I remember a vast emotional release that I didn't understand then. I feel God calling me back to Him through Rumi Yoga and through people like you, who radiate love and positive energy.

Again, thank you. I look forward to the journey...

-Many blessings, Amanda

It happens sometimes when things close, it allows other things to open. That is how the practice of Rumi Yoga came into my life.  It was what I envisioned Yoga to be like—good laborious exercise, stretching, and meditative practice.  At the time, I was separated from my partner.  The Rumi poetry recited throughout the practice brought me out of the hurtful past to look toward the future.  It was a lifeline to sanity and calmness in the face of what had the potential to be a tumultuous situation.

I thought our class on Wednesday was the best class I have taken with you. The energy was incredible. I can't wait to take your class on Sunday at the new location. I want to thank you for teaching me to be a better person. I feel so great after your class. You have taught me to accept myself for who I am, and I am genuinely grateful. You are a fantastic gift. Please e-mail me with any new info.

Whenever my mind is in a space I don't intend to be, even just the thought of the Rumi postures I have been introduced to and have practiced, it puts my mind at ease. I was initially taught two key positions that have become staples in my life—one that gives me direction, plants and nurtures my intentions. I have witnessed this particular posture's effect as my inner strength's power blooms. I have also achieved great strides in my work life. I attribute much of this success to the success that I know is to come to the practice of this posture. The second posture I was initially introduced to has helped me at times when I feel below par. If I feel down, I lie in the posture and concentrate on breathing. The effect is impressive; I can be in a completely overwhelming space, and I can reverse the feeling into a sense of calm and peace.  I have also had the pleasure of going through a series of the Rumi postures with my coach, and after practicing the postures, I felt terrific. I experienced a multitude of feelings and a heightened awareness of my senses. The words I use to describe how I felt include inner strength, hope, peace, power, calm, positive energy, and, in general, a slight sense of euphoria. I have never experienced such a subtle, invigorating feeling. I felt wonderfully at ease and directed. This feeling does not leave you; it's unforgettable and will perpetuate itself; as it perpetuates, a magnification of your vision and your inner self will appear.

I have practiced several types of yoga since I was 17...almost 30 years now. What I was most taken by in Rumi Yoga is its focus and intentionality. Your phrase "gravity of the soul" really describes it well. The postures mainly engaged my emotional core and yoked my physical being to my mental and spiritual will, especially poses like the "Calling" and the other one with arms spread wide "Open Heart." Butterfly 1 & 2 also grounded this focus and will in physical strength, and "divine rebirth" helped me re-focus my energies on my potential and actual being. The second set did feel different from the first. I could easily see how this type of yoga, practiced daily, could serve as an emotional-spiritual healing tool for people suffering from depression or post-traumatic stress disorder or just the everyday stress caused by living in the Western materialistic world.

We often lose focus and get distracted by the material rat race of survival. Rumi yoga seemed to engage the core of my being on several levels but was driven chiefly by spiritual will and purpose, which reconnected me to the more enormous divine will. I was amazed by its potential as a self-growth and therapeutic tool and by its simplicity. I found the poetry of the names of the poses to be extremely helpful in centering me. They each helped me to focus on a particular emotional need, like "awakening."  Then, the music and the poetry created an experience I've often tried to build on my own by doing yoga while listening to New Age or Eastern music. The organized pattern and flow were beautiful in their simplicity and guided me through the music and words, engaging more than just my body.

As I said, I felt a unity between my emotions, mind, body, will, and spirit, and all were working together to help me focus on who I am and what I need to do to become myself.  It was great. The power for change was evident. I mentioned to my wife. She is resistant to such practices. I would love to find a way for her to try it without fear. Your gentle instruction at the beginning told me this could be a way for her and could help her move beyond her past into her shining beauty. I've always wanted to find a path we could share as well, and while Rumi Yoga has the potential to be very strenuous, it is easier for a beginner than Bikram and not as intense due to the heat. The music and poetry add a soothing element that cannot be denied.

Thank you, and I would like to participate more and integrate the practice into my life.

9. JOBS FOR GIRLS/WOMEN: Generate new jobs by creating a new 21st-century Global Interdependence Intelligence Awards Economy Platform that will benefit all genders equally.

10. Women have always been equal to men; the reason why women have so far not achieved this equality and equity in Soccer is due to the lack of adequate Educational, Social, Political, and networking opportunities and because men have

used their greater physical strength to prevent women from developing their true pure potential.

11. Women athletes, specifically in the soccer World Cup have an enormous yet untapped potential to affect change in the world toward freedom and gender equality. This noble capacity will guide human society to genuine freedom. When women rise to have the right to play side by side with their male counterparts in representing the country, they love in the B2S Unity World Cup, they tend to discover their hidden powers.

12. Women only learn about their natural powers when participating in serious GV2030 B2S UNITY WORLD CUP & FLS leagues. This path leads to new opportunities and rebirths for every young girl and boy in the USA and around the globe. The active participation of women and girls in leadership and the solutions they offer turn men and boys into a force of change.

Other benefits of mixed-gender B2S Unity World Cup & NCRI FLS Leagues

As any Director of Coaching at a mixed-gender FLS club can tell you, the benefits of girls and boys playing alongside one another are numerous and wide-ranging. Although not intended to be an exhaustive list, we’ll take a look at some of the most enormous benefits here:

Building Friendships and Respect From Young Age

Outside the classroom or the schoolyard, girls may have little opportunity to socialize with boys at an early age. The soccer field is, therefore, a fantastic environment for mixed-gender friendships and respect to thrive when they may not otherwise have existed.

Improving player skills

It’s widely accepted that playing against boys at a junior level can significantly benefit the most talented girls. They are forced to raise their game against players who are often more robust, taller, and faster—not to mention well-versed in playing at a higher level. For girls, playing with and against boys can all improve awareness, reactions, and positioning.

Several clubs and academies are already taking advantage of this. For instance, Arsenal Women routinely allow their best players to train alongside boys of the same age, while most professional female players – including Arsenal forward Vivianne Miedema, the reigning PFA Player of the Year – cut their teeth in boys’ leagues.

Increased visibility

For girls, playing alongside boys may improve their chances of being picked up by an academy. Indeed, Arsenal defender Leah Williamson – England’s youth player of the year in 2015 – was only scouted by the Gunners at nine because she was playing in her local boys’ team then.

Conclusion

With the latest application of our scientific disruptive solutions and formula, the fears that boys are too physical to play with girls will disappear and turn into a myth.

Today, the issue of women and the need for active participation in all political, social, and economic realms has become an imperative for democracy and peace. Without the active participation of women, the struggle for freedom cannot be advanced. Without their active and equal presence in decision-making positions, democracy will be devoid of its essence. Without their accurate and actual involvement, instead of a healthy socioeconomic, only poverty, inequality, destitution, and a waste of material and human resources would be the hallmark of our times.

I want to mention a brilliant example that shines in the history of Iran and humanity. To be precise, I would like to talk about the four-decade-long experience of women’s struggle in the Woman Resistance Freedom Interdependence Rebel Movement (WRFIRM) that will be used in the Global Vision 2030 B2S UNITY WORLD CUP & FLS NCRI Leagues' training manuals. At the heart of WRFIRM is the perseverance of the only city that has eradicated gender inequality. This city is currently in Europe with a population of 3,690 men and women who have spent ten, twenty, or even close to a quarter of a century to prolong the struggle for democracy in their homeland. There are also about 1,000 pioneering women living in that city. This is the largest concentration of pioneers of the gender equality movement in the world. Many are university students or graduates from Europe, the U.S., Canada, and Iran. Dozens of them have been political prisoners and have, on average, experienced roughly five years under torture in the regime’s prisons. Their struggle over the last four decades has inspired Iranian women and youth in the 2022 uprising for freedom and gender equality.

For the last four decades, the WRFIRM has waged an all-out resistance against a misogynist brutal government that promotes gender apartheid in Iran, a reactionary monstrosity that nonetheless utilizes the most advanced technologies of the day for suppression and censorship against the Iranian population. This misogynist regime represents a new phenomenon in history. It resorts to state terror, misinformation, intimidation, and, above all, exploitation of religion. Confronting this source of darkness and evil would have been impossible if the most fundamental human values, such as gender equality, liberty, freedom of choice, and democracy, were not engrained in the WLFIRM population. It was with such a growth mindset that the 1,000 courageous and selfless women managed to persevere against the mullahs’ misogynist regime.

Women’s leadership: The source of the WRFIRM’s power and unity

Let us look at how the role of women in the WRFIRM was taken to the test and how it blossomed in the most perilous and tortuous situations. The clerical misogynist regime embarked on extensive and expensive plots to destroy the WLFIRM in Iran and around the globe. In these conditions, the WRFIRM’s leadership, which is comprised of women, had the task of defeating the conspiracies and tapping into the strengths of the leadership while prolonging the movement and avoiding any deviation from the WRFIRM’s sole focus on the main enemy of women and humanity, namely the misogynist mullahs’ regime in Iran.

On many occasions, I have praised these women for their role in the only city that has eradicated gender inequality because they were at the helm of the movement at a time when the prospects for victory looked too grim indeed. The balance of power in the world was not in their favor, and chance and luck were not on their side. Still, they led the movement at such volatile times with no past lessons or precedents to draw on. Through their vigilance, correct decision-making, risk-taking, and self-sacrifice, they weaved the cloth of this endurance at every turn. Women’s leadership, put to the test across all cities in Iran, succeeded in the face of great adversity with courage, endurance, and respect for moral values. The men in this movement, who, in their struggle against the male-dominated culture, have reached great peaks of their own, also played a significant role in the campaign of perseverance owing to their progress in the realm of humanity. Alongside women, they splendidly rose to their responsibilities.

The contributing factors to perseverance

I want to mention very briefly how the perseverance of WRFIRM was made possible. What were the contributing factors, and where did they emanate from?  This perseverance or endurance was made possible through an incessant struggle for gender equality. In other words, it was the byproduct of a ceaseless struggle between equality and inequality and between the enchainment of humankind and its emancipation. Figuring out the conundrums haunting societies today is inconceivable without a commitment to gender equality. Discovering this reality was the fruit of years of struggle against the misogynist mullahs’ regime, which evolved into a fundamental change of culture in the WLFIRM in the 1980s.

The WRFIRM’s Leader described this transformation as one that represented the antithesis to the ideology

of the misogynist mullahs and other reactionaries. He stipulated that it aimed to

“cast aside gender-based exploitation, symbolized by the mullahs and their Reactionary Guards.”

This mindset paved the way for women’s struggle for gender equality. The WLFIRM came to the critical breakthrough that if it were to stand against the misogynistic despotism regime of Iran, it would have to fight all the ideological and cultural remnants of the fundamentalist mullahs. In a nutshell, they realized that eradicating gender-based ideology frees a tremendous amount of energy from within the WLFIRM itself. It generates an astounding dynamism for taking giant strides forward, which would be the source of WRFIRM’s capabilities and strengths. This transformation brought with it invaluable human experiences. Here, I shall discuss the most crucial building blocks of this transformation.

The first element was the active participation of women in the leadership of the WLFIRM and its various decision-making positions. Women’s long-standing role in the struggle formed the basis for this development. It was realized that they needed this leadership to overthrow the misogynist mullahs, and they embraced it. The martyrdom of thousands of WRFIRM female population in the struggle against this misogynist regime in the first half of the 1980s testified to the fact that these women deserve a leadership role. Without them, the WRFIRM would be hard-pressed to advance.

Of course, worldwide today, we witness efforts to increase women’s role in politics, business, and economic management, which is valuable in its own right. Nevertheless, the experience of the WRFIRM shows that the ultimate and definitive solution for breaking the spell of gender inequality is only achievable through a profound transformation. Women’s hegemony in the WRFIRM was a development that caused foundational transformations within and opened the way for women to accept responsibilities, gain expertise, and hone their abilities in all fields. Therefore, the presence of women in leadership has been a factor in the longevity of

this movement and its dynamism for political, psychological, and cultural maturity. When women assumed leadership positions, they created a fundamental framework for a profound struggle against the remnants of the male-dominated culture in the mindset and relationships of the whole movement, which cleansed the ranks of the WRFIRM and encompassed both women and men.

The second important contributing factor was to forsake personal life and concentrate all energies, power, affection, and attention on the struggle against misogynist clergy for the cause of freedom and gender equality

in Iran. The prerequisite for waging a full-time battle to realize the ideal of liberating one’s homeland was to forsake the comfort and tranquility of everyday life and its amenities. Otherwise, women could not have obtained the opportunity to be present at the very heart of a formidable battle, let alone assume any leadership responsibility. (This meant attending lots of Bootcamp). In the end, members of the WLFIRM chose to make more extraordinary sacrifices to free themselves and their people. This new level of sacrifice dwarfed even sacrificing one’s own life because it demanded forsaking personal attachments. And it was needed to prolong the struggle.

The third contributing factor was the establishment of new democratic relationships within the ranks of the WRFIRM. This movement, by making significant strides in the sphere of gender equality, has succeeded in elevating democratic relations within its ranks to a higher level. This has led to an atmosphere where transparency, honesty, criticism, and self-criticism among individuals could thrive, and various viewpoints and opinions could be freely exchanged. When a few people get together to carry out the struggle, first and foremost, their internal relations would necessarily have to be based on the principle of democracy and freedom of choice.

B2S FLS: What Level Should Boys And Girls Play Separately?

In the sporting realm, girls and boys have tended to be separated from a relatively early age, often due to concerns that girls cannot compete with more physically developed boys. However, experts increasingly disagree with this viewpoint. Read on to learn more.

Traditionally, men’s and women’s soccer have been treated as very different beasts. But interest in the women’s game is soaring. A combined 1.12 billion people tuned in to watch the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup – a record audience for the competition.

As awareness increases, so do comparisons between men’s and women’s soccer. This, in turn, prompts discussions about whether boys and girls should play together more often. With that in mind, we’ve looked at the approaches and recommendations made by experts worldwide, plus some of the benefits of mixed-gender soccer.

What do the experts say?

In the sporting realm, girls and boys have tended to be separated from a relatively early age, often due to concerns that girls cannot compete with more physically developed boys. But increasingly, the experts are disagreeing with this viewpoint:

The English Football Association

Since 1921, the FA has banned women players for 50 years. Interestingly, The IRGC Ayatollahs banned women from even watching football in the stadium for 50 years.

Other European countries

England’s decision to raise the age limit on mixed teams was hardly groundbreaking. Several other European associations already had higher limits–or none at all.

In Germany and Italy, boys and girls are prohibited from playing on the same team at the age of 17, while in the Netherlands and Switzerland, this rule comes into effect at 19. In Denmark, there is no age limit whatsoever on mixed teams.

Former players

Speaking in the wake of the FA’s decision to raise the mixed-gender soccer age limit, former Everton and England goalkeeper Rachel Brown-Finnis said mixed teams offer girls a choice over the environment in which they want to play. “They are of particular value for talented players in areas where girls’ football is still emerging or played at a less competitive level. So if they will be better tested in mixed football, then why not?”

Tottenham Hotspur winger Gemma Davidson agrees. She feels that male and female players can learn a lot by playing on the same teams: “The boys bring out the physicality in the girls and the girls bring out the ‘when are you going to listen?’,” she explained. “Secretly, for a long time, I used to play with my [male] friends on the local Astro. You can’t just sprint past a guy, because he’s quicker. That molded me as a player, beating people with trickery and not just speed.”
