We believe there is a connection between violence against
Women, girls, and Mother Earth
Just as Mother Earth represents the trusted evolutionary intelligence of nature, they have become the critical bridge connecting the
legacy of the sport with its next phase of evolution.
Breaking barriers for women's leadership in team sports
Our mission is to ensure equitable access to team sports for everyone. We aim to achieve this by replacing current restrictive gaming rules with an open and transparent infrastructure. We can & must establish a fairer system where opportunities are not limited by gender or race.
HOW & WHY
From the outset, Global Vision 2030 NFL 2.0 B2S internal sports ideological revolution has one purpose: to liberate the full human potential of sport by eliminating patriarchal ideology—on the field, in leadership, and in the culture that shapes who is seen, supported, and believed.
We call this framework Global Vision 2030—also described as NFL 2.0 and B2S—to emphasize that the change is both global (transferable across sports and countries) and time-bound (built to deliver measurable progress by 2030). In this document, NFL 2.0 refers to the next operating model for professional sport (modern governance, transparency, and athlete-centered standards), and B2S (“Barriers to Breakthrough in Sport”) refers to the internal process of identifying, removing, and preventing patriarchal barriers at every layer of the system.
By “internal,” we mean change that starts inside individual human athletes, teams, clubs, federations, schools, and leagues:
a deliberate shift in everyday assumptions, decision-making, and standards—not a slogan or a one-time policy. This internal sports ideological revolution becomes the system’s renewable energy source: it keeps equity work from fading when seasons change, leadership turns over, or resistance emerges.
From the inception of modern organized sport, patriarchal ideology (FIFA since 1915, has been run by 9 men) has shaped who could participate, which events were funded, whose bodies were considered “appropriate,” and who held authority as coaches, officials, owners, and experts. Those early rules became traditions—and traditions became “common sense.”
Today, the same exploitative ideology can appear as unequal access to facilities and prime practice times, pay and prize gaps, biased talent identification, sexual harassment and retaliation, media framing that trivializes women’s performance, and leadership pipelines that reward conformity over competence.
Because these patterns are cultural as well as structural, change takes time: you do not dismantle a belief system with one training or one championship campaign. You replace it through repeated practice, accountability, and new norms. Hence, the lunch of Made in USA NCRI NFL 2.0 B2S Unity World Cup.
Global Vision 2030 (NFL 2.0 / B2S) rests on a few non-negotiable principles: equal dignity of athletes, evidence-based decision-making, transparency, and the right to safety and respect—regardless of gender.
Pillar 1: Governance and power. Change who decides and how decisions are made: a women-majority board and committees, published criteria for selection and funding, interdependent safeguarding and ethics functions, and consequences for discrimination and abuse.
Board standard (Global Vision 2030 / NFL 2.0 / B2S): The B2S Board will have 9 members: 6 women and 3 men, to ensure women hold a clear majority of decision-making power.
Ownership and membership standard: The organization’s ownership and membership structure will be held by a majority of women, aligning governance, capital, and representation with the goal of removing patriarchal barriers.
Pillar 2: Resource equity. Audit and correct disparities in budgets, travel conditions, medical support, staffing, facilities, training schedules, and prize money. Equity must be measurable, not rhetorical.
Pillar 3: Coaching, evaluation, and performance culture. Replace biased “eye test” assumptions with clear competencies, standardized evaluations, and continuous education. Expand pathways for women into coaching, officiating, sports science, and high-performance leadership.
Pillar 4: Storytelling and commercial standards. End the trivialization of women’s sport by setting coverage, sponsorship, and marketing standards that focus on performance, strategy, and achievement—while rejecting objectification and double standards.
Pillar 5: Safety and freedom from retaliation. Establish athlete-centered reporting, trauma-informed investigations, and protections against retaliation. A culture cannot be transformed if people are punished for telling the truth.
Implementation begins with an honest baseline: collect data on participation, pay, funding, media time, leadership composition, complaints, and outcomes; publish the gaps; and set Vision 2030 targets with annual milestones. Use the B2S cadence each season—identify barriers, remove them through policy and resource changes, and prevent them through training, audits, and enforcement—then report results publicly.
Accountability must be visible. Tie executive evaluations and funding decisions to equity metrics, require regular climate and safety surveys, and make policy enforcement consistent—because selective enforcement recreates the old ideology.
From sport’s earliest organized forms to today’s global leagues and World Cups, patriarchal ideology has survived by presenting itself as tradition, “biology,” or business necessity. Global Vision 2030 (NFL 2.0 / B2S) rejects those excuses and replaces them with new common sense: talent is not gendered, authority must be earned, and safety is a prerequisite for excellence. This revolution is not about swapping one group for another; it is about transforming the culture and the system of thought that governs team sport—so that every athlete can compete, lead, and thrive on equal terms—and proving that change with transparent, season-by-season results through 2030.

Global Vision 2030 NFL 2.0 B2S would like to share an important perspective on violence and aggression against women, girls, and Mother Earth. Our experience from extreme violence inflicted on the Iranian women by the IRGC Ayatollahs led us to believe that each act of violence or aggression against a single woman/girl, whether unintentional or intentional, reinforces the societal dominance of all men, even those who were not involved in that specific act. Conversely, this also leads to increased terror and intimidation for all women in society, regardless of whether they were directly targeted or not.
